A warm welcome to Luke Brice our new Commercial Manager for Founders Hub, part of the Sopro Group.
Seven years in the Metropolitan Police, five years running his own gardening company Clean Cut Gardening, and four years as the Director of Blue Light Group – Luke has had an eclectic career. You might say he’s a man of many talents, or at least we do.
And what do you gain from such a diverse pool of experience? A fresh and unique perspective – not to mention some great stories for the office!
Luke co-launched Blue Light Group in 2018 and drove growth from £200k in year one to £1.8m in year four, restructuring and diversifying in the process. His operations management expertise, leadership, and attention to detail are what we strive for within the Sopro Group.
As a successful founder himself, Luke is very familiar with the challenges and rewards of starting a business. He’s determined to help the companies within the Founders Hub community to succeed and grow. As Luke himself said:
“I can’t wait to get started. Building Blue Light Group was a huge challenge, but a really rewarding one. Having a community of like-minded founders would have been an amazing help, so I’m really keen to grow the offering and reach of Founders Hub, to help even more new businesses to succeed.”
Luke is passionate about sharing his life and business experiences, so volunteers with schools to coach and mentor young people in business and personal development, as well as volunteering as a Rugby and Basketball coach.
