We have built a SaaS, The Captivate Hub, which lets any channel, live chat and channel exist together. We have expanded it to include Slack and MS Teams as live chats so that either anyone in the company can chat over omnichannel to customers or the contact centre can forward chats from their live chat solution to anyone in Slack or Teams in the company. Chats can also get forwards to any other company using our Hub.
The idea is to cut out silos of chat solutions and channels.
The Hub also stops vendor lock-in and we sell it as a SaaS or entirely on prem for enterprise. We also sell to other SaaS companies so they can embed chat into their own SaaS without worrying about being locked in.
