We are able to offer Commercial Rent Arrears Recovery (CRAR) and Forfeiture of leases to Commercial Landlords, Property Management Companies, Solicitors, Surveyors and individuals. When instructed for the collection of Commercial rent arrears the service is free, as our fees are recovered from the tenant. CRBL also offers a High Court Enforcement service, which involves transferring County Court Judgments up to a High Court Writ of Control on debts over £600. Our fees are payable by the defendant in accordance with The Taking of Control of Goods (fees) Regulations 2014, these regulations allow us to charge our fees in addition to the judgment debt. Possession Orders are also transferred up into High Court Writs of possession, which results in the eviction of tenants within 7 days. .
