Fresh Professional Development Ltd was founded in 2000 by Alan Pannett, who developed fresh into one of the most respected legal training companies in the UK. Alan retired from the Board in January 2016 with Paulo Karat taking over as CEO and Bill Cooper joining the business as the new MD. The company consists of 5 permanent staff and around 40 associate trainers and consultants. Fresh is part of the Fresh Development Group, combining the professional services businesses of Online Mentor Ltd and Fresh Professional Development Ltd.
